Four questions it answers

find_contracts

Which open federal contracts fit my business?

Open SAM.gov notices by NAICS code, keywords, state and set-aside, soonest due first.

Free
get_contract

What is this contract notice, and what's in it?

A notice's reported facts and its documents, from an id, a solicitation number or a SAM.gov link.

Free
past_awards

What has the government paid for this before, and who won?

Past awards for a code from USAspending: amounts, winners, and how many offers each drew.

assess_contract

Should my business bid on this contract?

Bid, consider or skip against your profile, with three reasons, sources on every value, and the gaps.

Every answer has two parts

A one-sentence summary your assistant can say as-is, and a data object for programs. A brief follows the brief schema; your business goes in as a profile.

Where the data comes from

SAM.gov contract notices, refreshed every morning, and USAspending award history, loaded code by code. Every answer says how fresh its data is.

What a free brief covers

The notice's public record: eligibility, deadlines, past prices, competition and cash flow. Solicitation documents are read only for paid briefs, which are coming. Until then the brief says when they weren't read.

What's kept

Each call's tool, arguments (your profile is reduced to a hash), timing and user-agent, so we can see how Cierto is used. No accounts, no cookies, nothing sold. Privacy.
