What Cierto keeps when your agent calls it

• Which tool was called, and its arguments. A business profile is replaced by a one-way hash before it's stored, so the profile itself is never kept.
• How long the call took, and whether it succeeded.
• The client's user-agent (which usually names the assistant app), so we can see how Cierto is used.

What it never keeps

No accounts, no cookies, no tracking across sites. Cierto doesn't sell or share call data, and its own records hold no IP addresses. Cierto runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs under its own policy.

Where answers come from

Public records only: SAM.gov contract notices and USAspending award data. Every value in a brief names its source and date.

How long call records are kept

Call records are kept while Cierto is in development, to measure usage and fix problems.
